Malicious Links and Apps: After gaining trust using personal information, they send suspicious links, QR codes, or request download of unfamiliar applications, particularly APK files from unknown sources.
Data Theft: Once victims install the fraudulent app and grant permissions, the scammers can access personal data, banking credentials, passwords, and OTP codes (one-time passwords), allowing them to transfer money from victims' bank accounts.
